We at ACS understand that all families and individuals are different and have different needs, which is why we offer flexible cleaning plans that we specifically tailor to you. We will work with you to determine whether it is the whole home/business or just specific areas you would like cleaned each time (or a rotation of spaces). All it takes to change your plan is a phone call or an email, and we will update your plan. We also understand if something arises, and services need to be rescheduled. Again, we are flexible and just a phone call away. We guarantee our work and stand by it 100%.
For the best ongoing price and guarantee of your preferred time, we recommend a service agreement to lock in not only great pricing but time block guarantee. You can still customize the duties with your personal environmental technician for each visit as your needs change. Just let us know!
We will provide you with a W-9 and COI upon request and work with you to develop a plan that covers your needs whether you simply need hallway cleaning or want to enlist our crew to do moveout or move in cleaning, maintain your offices, laundry rooms and other common areas. If you contract services with us, we will work overtime to see that your management needs are at the top of our to-do list.
